ClawTether may process device metadata (device types, connection status) to provide IoT bridge functionality. Sensor data and device commands are processed locally on your network unless you enable remote tunnel access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve ClawTether, communicate product updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Remote tunnel connections use end-to-end encryption. Device data stays on your local network unless you explicitly enable remote access features.

4. Third-Party Services

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) to understand how our website is used. We do not use advertising trackers or share data with ad networks.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
