ClawTether is part of the OpenClaw ecosystem — a collection of tools that make AI agents more capable, secure, and useful in everyday life.

While most AI agents live entirely in software, ClawTether bridges the gap to the physical world. We provide pre-built connectors for smart home platforms like Home Assistant, MQTT brokers, Zigbee devices, and Matter-compatible hardware — so your agent can read sensors, control devices, and automate your environment without custom protocol code.

ClawTether also includes a secure remote tunnel for accessing your agent from anywhere, and multi-device memory sync to keep your agent context consistent across your home server, laptop, and phone.

Our mission

We believe AI agents should be able to interact with the real world as naturally as they interact with APIs. ClawTether exists to make that possible for everyone — from smart home hobbyists to enterprise IoT deployments.
